| Costa Rican Tarrazu coffee is the classic Latin American cup because of its bright, citrus berry-like acidity and signature nut-to-chocolate flavours. Dota is the highest, most remote sub-region of the Tarrazu appellation and produces the best example of the classic Tarrazu. Our roast master has engineered a roast profile that shapes the Tarrazu's much vaunted bold acidity into a remarkably suave cup. |
