We use the USPS in order to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb, right to your door! All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan. Due to our roasting schedule, your order may require 5 business days to ship.

If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt (for questions regarding perishables and their return, contact our Client Services Department. Wrap the package well, include the return form found on the back of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
